Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

SoundCheck The Store is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (including tariffs, taxes, and other costs).

Damages

SoundCheck The Store asks you to contact us on hello@soundcheckstudios.com.au immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right!

 

**Above delivery times can change depending on the time of the year, holiday periods, weekends and severe weather.  SoundCheck The Store is not responsible for stolen packages or packages delayed in transit. 

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping/delivery address for an order.  If the wrong delivery address is provided, SoundCheck The Store unfortunately cannot offer reimbursement for this package.
