We want to ensure that you have a seamless shopping experience with us. Below is our return policy. Please take a moment to read through it to understand your rights and responsibilities!

Returns and Exchanges:

We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the original purchase date. If you are not completely satisfied with your Songwriting Prompt Cards, you may return them for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the cards must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.

Initiate a Return or Exchange:

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

• Contact our customer service team at hello@soundcheckstudios.com.au within 30 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for your return or exchange.
• Our customer service team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to proceed.

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the items. SoundCheck The Store is not responsible for any items lost or damaged during the return shipping process.

4. Refunds and Exchanges Process:

• Once we receive your returned items and inspect them, we will process your refund or exchange.
• For refunds, the original payment method used for the purchase will be credited within 7 business days from the receipt of the returned items. Please note that it might take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
• For exchanges, we will ship out the replacement items within 2 business days of receiving the returned items.
